We nourish ourselves with consciously sourced and curated food and drinks, to honor our bodies, and with these considered choices, we in turn seek to nurture our world.

Our kitchen spaces within Sanará on Tulum Beach, and in Tulum Town, offer an experience of deep care in the menus, recipes, and sourcing and production. Much of our produce is organically grown on our Yucatán ranch, sourced through local providers, and we try to source all ingredients within Mexico.

We prepare all of our recipes lovingly from scratch, nothing is processed, and nothing artificial. We only cook with coconut or olive oil, season with sea salt or natural pink salt, and have a no compromise commitment in the sourcing of our animal proteins.*

*Our eggs, poultry and dairy are all organic and pastured-raised, sourced from trusted, caring, farmers, and our fish and seafood is always wild-caught. Any other animal proteins that we may serve for special events or in future meet these same standards.

The Evolution of Real Coconut Kitchen into Sanará Kitchen

Please note that our kitchens now work with some dairy, gluten, and other ingredients which were never previously on our Real Coconut menus. We continue to maintain the same core menu and standards, based on our philosophy of nourishing ourselves, and nurturing our world. We will always champion the grain free “low impact” crops like cassava, coconut, plantain and hemp and most of the trusted menu and recipes have not changed, however we are (or will be) offering options for sustainably sourced local dairy, organic, non-GMO, stone ground heritage wheat, organic legumes, rice, and more. All are sustainably-sourced from trusted providers within Mexico.
